RULE 1

All sales are final! All small arms ammunition sales require the purchaser to agree to the following statement: "I understand that VermontArmyNavy does not warrant that I have determined the legality of my purchase before ordering, have obtained any necessary permit or license required by state or local law, and that I am an adult and am under no legal disability". Ammo sales are restricted by federal law in that the same disqualifiers which prevent some persons from purchasing firearms, also applies to ammunition sales & transfers. Those falling into the prohibited firearm purchaser category are also prohibited from purchasing or being in possession of ammunition. It is the responisibility of the purchaser to ensure all relevant laws are bieng complied with before attempting to make a purchase of ammunition. WARNING: You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Read the firearm's manual before use. "I understand that small arms ammunition can be dangerous if handles improperly and certify that I will acquire the necessary knowledge and proficienty to handle my purchase in a safe and lawful manner before loading same." I, the purchaser, additionally hold VermontArmyNavy harmless and without fault in regard to products liability or in tort for claims for defective, or inherently dangerous products that may arise from use of my purchase. I agree to pursue any and all such claims against the manufacturer of the product purchased.

Our restocking or cancellation fee for orders placed is 15 % of the total order value.
